HR transformation and AI adoption that gets used.
I work with CHROs and senior HR teams on strategy, delivery, and the change work that makes it land.
Redesigning how HR operates, then doing the change work to make it real.
- A clear view of what's blocking the new operating model
- Change approach designed for your context
- Enablement that lands with leaders and teams
- Adoption that holds after handover
What I work on
Five areas, plenty of overlap. Pick one to see how I approach it.
The quick read
Who I am, what I do, and why it might matter to you.
AI strategy for CHROs and senior HR teams. People analytics capability builds. Change programs that make adoption stick.
I work at the intersection of HR, technology, and change. Helping leaders figure out which bets are worth making, then doing the work to make them land. Operating model redesign, emerging HR tech, and getting more from the platforms you already have.
- Director at Deloitte Australia
- Digital Workplace & AI Transformation
- 15+ years across tech, mining, retail, and telco
- Led rollouts before advising on them
15 years in transformation roles before consulting, across enterprise tech, retail, telco, mining, and media. Most of that time was spent on the inside, leading change and enablement for large-scale rollouts.
That background shapes how I work. I keep frameworks simple because complicated ones don't get used. I focus on shifting behaviour, not ticking a training box. And I stay close to the people doing the work, because that's where adoption gets won or lost.
Now I'm at Deloitte, leading Digital Workplace and AI transformation in the Human Capital practice. I work with CHROs and senior HR teams on AI strategy, people analytics, and navigating the emerging HR tech landscape. Figuring out what's ready, what's hype, and how to get more from the platforms they already have.
